The Region
The surrounding area offers a great variety of possibilities. You can
cycle or walk between the lavender and sunflower fields. We can advise
you on many walking and cycling routes. There is a lot of choice for the
gentle stroller or the keen rambler.
Golf La Voldaine is a paradise for the keen golfer and only 20 km from
Dieulefit. This is an 18 hole course. Everyone is welcome. On the course
you will find a fine restaurant.
If you are a lover of typical French villages, Le Poët Laval, Grignan,
Nyons are the places to visit, like Vaison la Romaine a bit further
away. But also Orange and Avignon make a great day out.
You can pick your own bottle of Côte du Rhône at the château. It makes a
n neat
gift for the neighbours at home who are watering the plants or for you
to enjoy at night with dinner.
Just a few kilometres from Dieulefit, an adventure park opened in 2005,
with rope ladders, rope bridges and cable cars in the tops of the trees
