Thank you for your request for information on a possible stay at Passo Lou Ben. The further procedure is as follows: You will hear from us as soon as possible once you have made an enquiry. In case of availability we will inform you on the cost of your stay and of the date we can keep the reservation in your name. If we don’t hear back from you at the end of that period, we assume you don’t want to stay with us and we will feel free to let out the room/studio to someone else. When you’ve confirmed your booking in advance we will send you a confirmation with the request to pay part of the rent directly in advance. We will also let you know when the full amount has to be paid. It is obliged to pay the whole amount 1 month in advance. From experience we have learned to maintain these strict regulations. We advise you to conclude a cancellation insurance. Upon arrival we ask our studio-guests to pay a € 100,- deposit. At the end of your stay this will be paid back, settled with any possible damage and missing inventory. If you do not clean up by yourself we will charge € 60,00. Berna and Albert Zwinkels |
